We're happy to announce that the latest eCC version, v3.4 is available! Please log into the Webgility Customer Portal to download the latest eCC install and applicable Store module for your online store.  

This release was focused on adding more interface enhancements to better support your online business needs and increase ease of use. Here's a summary of what's in eCC v3.4:

• We've introduced a new Customer Management module that enables you to better manage your customers in QuickBooks and your online store. Similar to the Product module, you can transfer the customer details from QuickBooks to create the customer on your store, and vice versa 
• eCC v3.4 is packed with shipping enhancements, including the ability to view/edit the Ship From address, displaying international currency symbols in the packing slips and invoices, and more service offerings for DYMO Endicia, Endicia Dazzle, Stamps.com and USPS 
• For Amazon sellers, eCC now supports Deposit Type of transaction in the Amazon Settlement report  
• eBay sellers can post feedback about the buyers to their eBay store
• QuickBooks-related enhancements include the ability to void transactions with QuickBooks POS and match sub-items in QuickBooks to the SKU/name on the online store. In addition, you can post to QuickBooks and your online store multiple times
• eCC v3.4 supports a more comprehensive view of your orders. You can view customer comments on the order screen; there's more filter options to help with order searching; the product description is displayed on the phone order screen; and much more.

In addition to eCC Mobile v1.6, we've released a new Mobile Lite version, v1.1. This read-only eCC iphone app is FREE to download for everyone.

We've upped  eCC Mobile Lite to be more user-friendly and perform better. Here's whats new in

• Its iOS 4.3 compatible - meaning its faster, performs better and is more stable
• More 'settings' options allow you to control your data more effectively
• Regular dashboard alerts notify you of new orders and more!
• eCC Mobile Lite is a free read-only app available to all users and can be downloaded at the Apple App Store

We've just rolled out eCC Mobile 1.6  with enhanced features that'll help you manage your ebusiness with much more ease when you're on-the-go! The eCC Mobile 1.6 is iOS 4.3 compatible, more stable and performs better.

Here's whats new in eCC Mobile v1.6:

• PUSH notifications: These real-time alerts constantly keep you updated on incoming orders. Enabling this feature requires you to configure the eCC store module on the server. Please refer to the Help Doc to be walked through the process
• Enhanced Settings give you greater control over data-filtering and let you decide which orders you want to download from your store and which ones you want to use for Sales calculations
• Dashboard Alerts keep you updated when products go out-of-stock and UI enhancements make reading data easier 
• and much more!

2011 has been an eventful year for us and we've accomplished many things. We've worked hard on new products, new integrations and have many more interesting things lined up for 2012.
